Remedial Massage
Remedial massage is a theraputic form of massage, generally focused on relieving areas of pain, tightness, injury or restriction. I use a variety of techniques and plan each treatment around what your body needs at the time of your appointment, incorporating myofascial cupping and dry needling if appropriate or requested.
Intuitive Flow
Intuitive flow is a relaxation massage. Allow me to tune in to what your body needs, all you need to do is lay down and let go.
