Hello, My name is Kristina

Welcome to my sacred space, where the art of Devotional Bodywork, Remedial Massage, and Reiki converges with compassion and intention. With over three years of experience, my passion lies in empowering others to release tension, nurture their spirit, and awaken to their innate wisdom and embodied potential.

My philosophy is rooted in a holistic approach, understanding that true wellness comes from nurturing the connection between your mind, body, and soul/spirit. Every session is crafted to guide you toward your goals.

Over the past few years working in clinics and offering mobile massage, I’ve had the privilege of connecting with numerous clients from all walks of life and supporting their journeys toward wellness. Now, I’m honoured to invite you into my own sacred space - a space for you to relax, unwind, and for us both to deepen into the practice (mobile appointments still available).

Devotion Ritual

Devotional bodywork is a nurturing, intentional, meditative experience. It combines sensual embodiment massage with guided breath and energy work. Luxurious & healing for the entire body & being. A space for you to feel, to be held, to let go.
Remedial Massage

Remedial massage is a theraputic form of massage, generally focused on relieving areas of pain, tightness, injury or restriction. I use a variety of techniques and plan each treatment around what your body needs at the time of your appointment, incorporating myofascial cupping if appropriate or requested.
Intuitive Flow

Intuitive flow is a relaxation massage, sometimes incorporating reiki or remedial techniques depending on your needs. Allow me to tune in to your body and flow - all you need to do is lay down and let go.
Reiki

Reiki is a traditional Japanese healing modality, meaning “universal life force energy” or “spiritual energy”. Reiki is channeled either with light touch or hands-off to encourage the free flow of Ki. Reiki promotes relaxation, stress reduction and supports the body’s natural healing process.
